I’m excited to announce/release my newest collection of songs (17)! “I’m Still Here” April 5, 2026
This album was made over several years including the era of the 2020 COVID pandemic to 2026. Just being alive, with a heart for people challenged me to reflect on many other political and social events such as the George Floyd protest, Elections, The Jan 6 event, and the current political atmosphere since the inauguration of the 47th US president and the impact it is having in the world in markets, the economy, humanity, justice, laws and politics in general. Thus: Another Level, We Gon’ Be Alright, Rain, etc. There are other inspirations for songs as well such as my personal dependence on God for provision, protection and direction; listen to I’m Still Here, Still, Hallelujah Anyhow etc. Through it all I still believe realize God is in charge and HE is God all by HIMSELF! My focus is to walk in HIS word and will and do what HE has assigned me to do and I truly believe this: sharing HIS word and will in song is my assignment on earth! You’ll hear this reflection in songs like I Believe, YOU’RE So Amazing, All I Need, My Defender etc. There several other gems on this album like duets with some very incredible singers/talents like Yousef Bradley on the Reggae styled Jah Wit Cha, Jeff Murrah who actually wrote and sang on Everyday and one of our Houston hometown treasures, Grisha Booker on I’m Gonna Trust YOU Anyway! Another highlight for me was being able to include my now adult daughters, Sydnee, Shaina, Sierra and niece Ashley Adams’ beautiful voices and production ideas on this project. There’s something for everyone! As always, I thank you; long-time and new discoverers, for your continued encouragement, support and prayers! All Praise to The Most High God! The ONLY God I recognize, worship and honor!
